Interview Q&A
How long have you been in business?
Since July 2000
What is your primary product or service?
Architectural signage and graphics - any type of sign, interior or exterior.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My background is advertising and graphic design, and I became interested in architectural signage when I worked at a sign fabrication shop in sales & design.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are different in that we take a customer service/project management approach and do not do any fabrication in-house. We partner with reliable fabricators of all types, as well as are reps for several national sign systems. Our model is much like that of an Interior Design Firm, who takes care of all of the needs through installation.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location in Georgetown, no plans to expand.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Our office is on Williams Drive, west of I-35, exit 261-A from Austin - just past Wagon Wheel Trail.
What type of payments do you accept?
Checks - we do accept credit cards, through a PayPal invoice, if the customer will pay the fee to do so.
Which areas do you service?
We have provided signage all over Texas and in states outside of Texas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Marianne Koons
What are your hours of operation?
8-5, M-F
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That we exceeded their expectations and handled ourselves with integrity.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
"...that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, 10 so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God." Colossians 1:9-10
